At the main entrance to the house, the architecture is kept simple and clean, and it is made warmer and more welcoming with landscape elements: a small reflecting pond that flanks the entry walkway from one side, and a climbing bougainvillea from the other side.
This custom home sits on a sea-side property and has an unobstructed view of the horizon. The sandstone-clad walls, and the gravel in the garden echo the rawness of the beach. The infinity pool on the second floor breaks away from the rest of the house through its curved form that contrasts the rigidity of the adjacent clean stone boxes.
The Floor Plan allows clear, unobstructed views to the sea. The design intent was to blur the boundaries between what is indoors and what is outdoors as the house is located in a mild climate.
